Shop Pay Installments

Eligible customers may have the option to pay for their purchase using Shop Pay Installments at checkout.

Shop Pay Installments allows qualifying customers to split their purchase into installment payments. Availability, eligibility, payment terms, and approval decisions are determined by Shop Pay and its financing partners.

Trackram does not control financing approvals, payment schedules, or installment terms. All questions related to Shop Pay Installments should be directed to Shop Pay support.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Trackram does not store or have access to your full credit card or payment account information.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Trackram to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Secure Checkout

Trackram uses Shopify’s secure checkout system, which employs industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your payment information during transmission.

All transactions are processed over a secure HTTPS connection.

Payment Authorization

When an order is placed, your payment method may be authorized for the full order amount. Funds are captured once the order is processed in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

If a payment authorization fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.

Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on the Trackram website are shown in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

If you are using a payment method that performs currency conversion, conversion rates and fees are determined by your payment provider.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current tax regulations.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
