Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to products purchased directly through Trackram.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact support@trackram.com as soon as possible after placing your order and include your order number. If the order has not yet shipped, the cancellation will be processed and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return policy below.


Return Eligibility (Customer Remorse)

Trackram offers a 30-day return window for standard returns due to customer remorse (such as ordering the wrong item or no longer needing the product). The return window begins on the date the order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unassembled, and in the same condition in which it was received

  • All original packaging, materials, and documentation are included

  • Proof of purchase is provided


How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Email support@trackram.com with your order number and return request

  2. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions

  3. Returns sent without a RAN will not be accepted or processed


Return Shipping & Costs

  • Shipping for the original order to your location is free

  • Return shipping costs for customer-remorse returns are the responsibility of the customer

  • Customers must create their own return shipping label

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable carrier and purchasing shipping insurance, as Trackram cannot guarantee receipt of items lost or damaged in return transit


Restocking Fee (Customer Remorse)

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved customer-remorse returns

  • The restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify support@trackram.com within 30 days of delivery.

For these situations:

  • Returns are accepted

  • Trackram covers the cost of return shipping

  • No restocking fee applies

  • A replacement or full refund will be issued once the issue is reviewed and confirmed


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under this policy:

  • Custom-built or special-order products

  • Personalized or modified items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for return, please contact support@trackram.com before submitting a request.


Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds:

  • Are issued to the original payment method

  • Are typically processed within 10 business days after inspection

  • Exclude original outbound shipping costs for customer-remorse returns

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

Trackram does not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
