Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Trackram.

Shipping Destinations

Trackram currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • U.S. territories
  • P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Shipping Costs

Trackram offers free standard shipping on all eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

Additional shipping charges may apply for expedited shipping requests, freight-priority delivery, or special handling requirements. Any applicable shipping charges will be disclosed prior to order confirmation.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using standard ground carriers, which may include UPS, FedEx, or comparable freight and parcel carriers, depending on product type and destination.

Carrier selection is determined based on shipment size, weight, and delivery location. All shipments include tracking once dispatched.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Orders typically process within 3–5 business days after placement.

Total delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days from the date the order is placed, including processing and transit time. Delivery timelines vary by product, destination, and carrier.

All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

An order confirmation email is sent once an order is placed.

When an order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking details may not be available until the carrier scans the shipment.

If tracking information has not been received within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@trackram.com.

Expedited & Special Shipping

Expedited or priority shipping may be available for select products.

To request expedited shipping, please contact support@trackram.com before placing your order to confirm availability, estimated delivery timelines, and any applicable surcharge.

Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to factors such as carrier disruptions, weather conditions, inventory availability, or high-volume shipping periods.

If a delay impacts your order, updated delivery information will be provided when available.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is incorrectly fulfilled, contact support@trackram.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Claims are reviewed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If You Have Not Received Your Order

If your shipment has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Review the tracking information provided by the carrier
  2. Contact support@trackram.com for assistance if the shipment appears delayed or stalled
